Danielle Kencson

Executive Director

Danielle Kencson has been in the healthcare field for seven years. She was born and raised in Parma, Ohio, and has been a Strongsville resident for 12 years. Danielle is very involved in the Strongsville community, with her family being a Strongsville business owner as well as her daughter attending Strongsville City Schools. She has a passion for seniors and helping them in any way possible to have the best quality of life.

Olivia Vieta

Senior Living Director

Olivia is a 2016 graduate of Cleveland State University with Bachelor’s degrees in Communications, Healthcare Communication Management, and Psychology. She is just completed her Masters in Aging Services Management through the University of Southern California. Olivia has been working in the senior living field for over ten years. When she’s not at VITALIA®, she’s probably at home with her boyfriend Justin, their toddler Jameson, and their two dogs.

Mindy Miller

Senior Living Coordinator

Mindy Miller started working in long-term care over 20 years ago. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology and Long Term Care Administration. She has worked in many capacities throughout her career in healthcare. Over the last 13 years, Mindy has become extremely passionate about fitness and wellness to help seniors remain strong and healthy for as long as possible. She enjoys coordinating, supporting, and participating in many fundraising events for breast cancer, autism, and the Alzheimer’s Association.

Bridget Morgan

Care Coordinator

Bridget has been working in assisted living communities for 20+ years. She has been an LPN for 25 years and is passionate about working with seniors. She grew up in a rural Michigan town and currently lives in Brunswick with her husband, Mike, their two children, Gabriel and Olivia, and their dog, Sam, and cat, Lucky. She is a dedicated baseball and softball mom and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sherri Bianco

Resident Services Director

Sherri has been in the healthcare field for about 6 years as the Activity Director for Assisted Living, Skilled and Memory Care communities and is currently taking classes in the evening to expand her knowledge in the healthcare industry. She loves creating new and exciting activities that promote a stimulating environment for the residents and is always open to new ideas. Sherri lives in Brunswick with her 2 children, Tiffany & Tony, and their Shih Tzu puppy, Louie. Sherri loves the summer months and being outdoors by the pool, fire pit, or up at the islands on a boat.

Judy Brown

Business Office Director

Judy is originally from Southwest Michigan and currently resides in Strongsville with her husband. She has 3 wonderful kids (ages 27, 24 and 20) who she loves to talk about at any time! Although she does not have any grandkids (yet), she has 5 grand-fur-babies (1 dog and 4 cats!) and is a lover of all animals! She likes to spend her time off work visiting her family near Lake Michigan, as well as hanging with friends and family at home. She has worked in the healthcare industry for all her 20+ years in Employee Benefits and Human Resources. While raising her kids, Judy was a Long-Term Care Ombudsman and really loved helping to support seniors in any way she could. Judy also really enjoys getting to know her employees and you will often see her at the community early in the morning getting to know her night shift team! Judy truly believes in being an employee advocate and providing a welcoming environment for all new and current team members!

Angela Young

Executive Chef

Angela has over 20 years of culinary experience and loves taking simple ingredients and making masterpieces. Angela likes continuing her culinary education and is an avid reader. She enjoys spending time with her two children and two dogs. Angela chooses to live life by her favorite quote, "everything happens for a reason".

Noel Drach

Plant Operations Director

Noel is originally from the Akron area but has lived in Strongsville for the past six years. He graduated from the University of Akron years ago and also attended Stark State where h studied to be a Firefighter Paramedic. He has held job titles in the past that include mechanic, carpenter, maintenance foreman, salesman, Fire Medic, and a few others. During his off time you might find him in Amish country on his motorcycle, hiking some remote trail in the far corners of Ohio, boating, or in the garage tinkering with an old Pontiac GTO.

Kristina Tucker

Operations Coordinator

Krisitina has been working in the healthcare fields for over 5 years. She is passionate about hearing all of the resident’s stories and experience through their lives. She started her career as a care partner and has grown into an operations coordinator role here at Vitalia. Krisitina’s goal is to become an Executive Director for Vitalia and is willing to help anywhere to gain experience. Krisitina has two children, James and Sofia.

Life Enrichment Coordinator

Nicole has worked in independent and assisted living communities for over 16 years. She has taken many classes on health and science to increase her knowledge. Nicole has a passion for working with and helping seniors. Nicole was born and raised in Elyria and recently purchased a new home there. Nicole enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend, daughter, and dog.
